The linework is traditionally done with mechanical pencil, and all color work (including the introduction of markings) is done in Photoshop. ^^ It's just playing with layers and colors.
lol i have CS2, CS3 and CS4 even if i paly in all those photoshops with colors and layers all day long I dont think I will get something like this
